COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS

            Mayor Krueger called this regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Watertown to order at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 14, 2011, in the Council Chambers at City Hall.

ROLL CALL

            Roll call showed the following members present: Alderpersons Johnson, Olejniczak, Kuehl, Arnett, Wetzel. (5)  Absent: Berg, Zgonc, Coughlin, Blanke. (4)  Due to a lack of a quorum, the Council meeting was postponed until Thursday, February 17, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.
