Senior Water Exercise

 Senior Water Exercise– This is a great program and a good way to exercise without stressing your joints! Relieve those "twinges in the hinges" and the "achy-breaky" feelings by moving without bearing weight! Let the water do the work! Classes are held at the Indoor Pool located at Riverside Middle School.  Fees are $2 per visit or you may purchase a punch card at $20 for 11 visits. No registration is necessary, just drop-in and you do not need to be a swimmer to participate! Join the wet-set for a cool time!

Senior Fitness

Senior Fitness – Make a commitment to be fit for life! This class can help you achieve your goal. Join in on the fun as your instructor leads you through a total body fitness workout! A little aerobic movement, some floor workouts, a little weight lifting, great company and fun! What a great way to start your day. Classes are held in the air-conditioned lower level of the Watertown Senior and Community Center; registration is  at the office.  This is your life and being fit lets you live it!
