Site Plan Review Committee Information

The Site Plan Review Committee meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 1:30 p.m. at City Hall. 

Site Plan Review Applications are required no less than two (2) weeks prior to the meeting. 

**NOTE** The Site Plan Review fee entitles the applicant to three (3) visits to the Committee.

The Committee is made up of the following City officials and/or a representative from the department:
Mayor
City Engineer 
City Building Inspector 
City Fire Chief 
City Police Chief 

WWTP Superintendent
Water Department Manager
Stormwater Manager
Street Superintendent

These staff members are present to assist applicants in all commercial, industrial, public facility, institutional development within the city, and "township city growth areas" if the development exceeds 1000 square feet or $25,000 dollars in construction value.

At minimum, the following should be provided with any submittal:
1) The application form found at https://cms4files.revize.com/watertownwi/PLAN%20COMMISSION%20SITE%20PLAN%20REVIEW%20application.pdf 
2) The appropriate fees (payable via cash, check made payable to "City of Watertown" or card (additional service fees apply to card payments).
3) One digital plan set either on a thumb drive or emailed to nzimmerman@watertownwi.gov.
4) A brief description of the proposed project.
