The Site Plan Review Committee meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 1:30 p.m. at City Hall.
Site Plan Review Applications are required at least one week prior to the meeting.
**NOTE** The Site Plan Review fee entitles the applicant to three (3) visits to the Committee.
The Committee is made up of the following City officials:
City Building Inspector
City Fire Chief
City Police Chief
Water Department Manager
These department heads are here to assist applicants in all commercial, industrial, public facility, institutional development within the city, and "township city growth areas" if the development exceeds 1000 square feet or $25,000 dollars in construction value.
