Watertown Department of Public Health provides immunizations to the people in our community to prevent diseases. Immunizations are given during clinic hours on a first come first serve basis. Please bring current immunization records with you. There will be some paperwork that will need to be filled out before our screening process. State supplied vaccines for those eligible will be $15 for those living in the Watertown City limits and $20 for those who live outside the City limits. Please see the immunization list for prices for Private Pay vaccinations, TB skin tests, and Flu vaccines.

Eligibility
The Health Department is able to provide immunizations to eligible children under the age of eighteen.  Children who are eligible are covered under BadgerCare, Forward Health, Medical Assistance, and insurance that does not cover immunizations at a doctor's office or children who are not insured.

Private Pay vaccinations are also provided during our clinic hours.  Please call the office @ 920-262-8090 for current pricing.
