Class Description

Water Exercise activities offer many benefits including increased flexibility, strength and cardiovascular endurance. The buoyancy and resistance of water help to increase exercise benefits while decreasing impact-related injury and stress. You do not have to be a swimmer to participate in this program. Class Fees: There a class fee.  See schedule for fee. Schedules can be obtained at the indoor pool or the Park and Recreation Office.

Lap Swim is available daily mornings and evenings. A monthly schedule is available at the pool or in the Park and Recreation Office.

Open Swim:
Sessions for open swim are available during the weekends from 1:00-4:00 pm. Please refer to the monthly calendar for scheduled open swim times. The see schedule for fee or season passes.
