Water Exercise activities offer many benefits including increased flexibility, strength and cardiovascular endurance. The buoyancy and resistance of water help to increase exercise benefits while decreasing impact-related injury and stress. You do not have to be a swimmer to participate in this program. Class Fees: $3.00 per visit or a punch card is available for $30.00/11 classes. Schedules can be obtained at the indoor pool or the Park and Recreation Office.
Lap Swim is available daily mornings and evenings. A monthly schedule is available at the pool or in the Park and Recreation Office.
Sessions for open swim are available during the weekends from 1:00-4:00 pm. Please refer to the monthly calendar for scheduled open swim times. The fees for open swim are $3.00; or season passes.
