Property Tax Information


Check and cash payments are accepted in person
at the Clerk/Treasurer's office, 106 Jones Street.  Receipts are provided for payments made in person.  Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  City Hall will be closed on December 24, 25, 31 and January 1. 

Check payments may also be made using the night depository outside City Hall or by mail:

Receipts are provided if a self-addressed, stamped envelope is included with the payment.
Credit card payments are accepted via Payment Service Network.  PSN charges a convenience fee to the taxpayer for this service.


Full Payment Option:
Pay the total amount of the tax due by JANUARY 31

Installment Option:  Pay first installment by JANUARY 31, second installment by APRIL 30 and third installment by JULY 31.  Missing any installment causes the entire outstanding amount to be delinquent.  Amounts outstanding after July 31 are turned over to the appropriate County Treasurer.
