Watertown, Wis. (April 12, 2024) – The southbound travel lane of S. Twelfth Street between Air Park Drive and the southern City Limits will undergo temporary closure during working hours, beginning Monday, April 15^th due to roadside swale maintenance. This work is expected to be completed by the first week of May (weather dependent).

During construction hours, flaggers will be present on-site to guide traffic through the lane closure area. The southbound lane is anticipated to be open nightly and during non-work hours.

The City of Watertown urges motorists to “Give ‘em a Brake” by slowing down and driving with extra caution through the construction zone.
